 Come Join Us for: Dinner on the Farm - Summer 2008 We are delighted to announce the introduction of our new wine, “Primo Rosso” with 2 gourmet, five course “100 mile” dinners. All of the quality ingredients will come from within 100 miles of the farm! Dinners will incorporate the fresh, organic produce that is grown on the farm; And, of course, our wine made from grapes grown right here in the vineyard! Our guest master chef will be Dave Swanson of Milwaukee whose many culinary credits include professional training at Le Francais in Wheeling and Sanford’s in Milwaukee. He specializes in the use of local, organic ingredients and creating magnificent meals on the farm! Your fee also includes a tour of the farm and vineyard.
